Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made with Paul M. Hecht (“Inspired Wealth Corp./Everyday Real Estate Millionaires”).

1. Eligibility for Refund
   Customers are entitled to a full (100%) refund of the purchase price if a written refund request is received within three (3) business days from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable After Three Business Days
   After the three (3) business day period has elapsed, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Method of Refund
   Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Submission of Refund Requests
   Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [insert email address or contact method] and must include proof of purchase and the date of transaction.
5. Compliance with Applicable Law

and agree that we have the absolute right to monitor the same at our sole discretion. In addition, we reserve the right to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our clients, sponsors, users and visitors.

Registration

To access certain features of the Site, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information including your gender, year of birth, zip code and country. Termination

In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Site affected by such cancellation or termination. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of COMPANY and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of COMPANY. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by COMPANY to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using the paulmhecht.com and EverdayRealEstateMillionaires.com website (the “Site”), and the ways in which we use this information.

This Privacy Policy, including our children’s privacy statement, does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means (for example, at a live event, via telephone, or through the mail).
